ADVANCED CONVECTION
SLAM-BX approached even heaking rather differently. Instead of using axial
blades that only helps top surface temperature, we utilize from all-round
forced convection to achieve set temperatures faster and precisely.
  DOUBLE ACTING CONVECTION TECHNOLOGY
Our convection system has a special switching technology to achieve heating
and cooling with the same air duct while both processes is accelarated with
the help of advanced forced convection.


SSR CONTROLLED HEATERS (CARLO GAVAZZI)
Stable roller temperature is required in continuous high quality production.
makiTON stabilizes the furnace temperatures even in the most demanding
production whether it’s 2 glass or 6 glass for bullet-proof production.

 

SYMMETRICAL HEATING (KANTHAL)
Symmetrical heating control layouts in top and bottom chambers and power
allocation on demand gives finer control of local internal temperature
ultimately ensuring homogenous heating. 

HIGH RESOLUTION HEATING SYSTEM
Our multi-drawer laminating furnaces have heaters at and between silicon
bags as compared to only top and bottom use of heater for all other
manufacturers. This allows you to control the furnace temperature at
resolutions equal to 1 sqm inside the furnace.
 

LAYERED THERMAL INSULATION
SLAM-BX successfully reduces the thermal dispersion due to continuous
research in the best performing materials for thermal insulation, and in
collaboration with Morgan and Saint Gobain. Moreover, most manufacturers
avoid using insulation layers for fearing that it will negatively affect the cooling
time. Because makiTON’s unique convection technology, we offer operation
free from outside/room temperature.

UNLIMITED DRAWERS
Because all SLAM-BX models have advanced convection as standard you could
stack up your drawers as many as you want without compromising quality.
 

The SLAM-BX series has been produced in compliance with the
''Machinery Directive'' 2006/42/EC and the ''Electrical Equipment for Use within
Certain Voltage Limits'' application standards EN 60204- 1: 2011 EN ISO 12100:201.
